CAKE clients have a dedicated dial-in number to reach their Account Management and Support Team. Clients receive their number during Onboarding & Training, but you will always have access to your number through your CAKE instance.
Where to find your dedicated number
To find your new number, click the Request Support button on the top right of your instance, and choose "Call Support". Your number will show in the window, and will be your number from this point moving forward.
Remember, each client has their own number, so be sure to save your number for all calls into your Account Manager and Support Team.
